A. The fees for driveway application shall be as follows:

B. If more than one driveway is proposed on the lot, then an additional $100 review and inspection deposit shall be submitted for each additional driveway.

C. During administration of the application, if it appears that the review and inspection costs exceed or are anticipated to exceed the review deposit, the applicant shall be so notified in writing of the anticipated amount required to complete the review of the application. The applicant shall pay the additional amount required to the Chief Financial Officer of the township, prior to the continuation or completion, as the case may be, of administration of the application. Failure of the applicant to remit the additional amount required to cover the cost of review, shall render the application incomplete, and no further action shall be taken until there is compliance with this request. When the review fees are less than the amount of the deposit, the difference shall be refunded to the applicant, if so requested in writing, within 90 days of the issuance of the permit.
