2. Provide a minimum of one tree for each ten (10) cars

3. Provide a minimum of four (4) foot high hedge or wall around all parking areas with one tree for each thirty (30) linear feet

DESCRIPTION OF IMAGE: The Summit Federal Savings building, a small, multi-use commercial building, finished in brick with classic detailing, high pitched roof, and large front lawn with mature, well maintained vegetation. Small signage is incorporated into the architectural lines of the building. Parking is screened and located at the rear of the building. All sides of the building are brick and the facade treatment is continued around the entire building.
