A.driveway application shall consist of a completed application form, driveway plan, if required herein, and an application fee and review and inspection deposit as defined herein. Application forms shall be obtained from the Township Clerk.

A. For Class I driveways, a plan is not required.
| |||||||
B. For Class II driveways, a plan shall be submitted which includes the following information:

(1) Property lines.
| |||||||
(2) Setback and location of structures.
| |||||||
(3) Location of curbing.
| |||||||
(4) Location of sidewalks.
| |||||||
(5) Utility lines in proximity to the driveway.
| |||||||
(6) Trees and other obstructions within clear sight areas.
| |||||||
(7) Location of driveway.
| |||||||
(8) Profile of driveway showing tangent grades and vertical cur-ve data.
| |||||||
(9) Radii of horizontal curves in driveway.
| |||||||
(10) Driveway width.
| |||||||
(11) Parking area with provisions to eliminate backing into street.
| |||||||
(12) Curb opening or pavement radius dimensions.
| |||||||
(13) Location of existing swales or storm drainage structures.

C. For Class III driveways, a plan shall be submitted which include the items in B(l) through (13) above and the following additional information:

(1) Profile of the roadway in front of property in question extending to the limits of the required clear sight area.
| |||||||
(2) Two-foot contours showing existing and proposed grading within the area of driveway construction and within the proposed clear sight area.
| |||||||
(3) Proposed measures for handling of storm water runoff.
| |||||||
D. Plans for Class II driveways may be prepared by the property owner, so long as the plans are accurate and provide the required information. Plans for a Class III driveway shall be prepared by an engineer licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
