AN ORDINANCE TO RESTRICT CERTAIN TURNING MOVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROUTE 519 AND POHATCONG STREET, TOWNSHIP OF POHATCONG, NEW JERSEY

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of Pohatcong:

Section 1: That left turn movements from eastbound Pohatcong Street to northbound County Route 519 be prohibited.

Section 2: That regulatory and warning signs, conforming to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated turn restriction.

Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval by the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
