For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall be defined as follows:

CLASS I DRIVEWAY - An existing driveway serving a single-family dwelling which is proposed to be resurfaced, widened or narrowed.

CLASS II DRIVEWAY - A proposed driveway serving a single-family residence having a profile grade not exceeding 6% and not requiring grading to achieve the minimum sight distances required herein, having no restriction in the minimum required clear sign area, and not requiring new or altered storm drainage structures.

CLASS III DRIVEWAY - All other driveways.
