Appendix A [Amended 12-30-1981 by Ord. No.81- 23 ; 6-18-1991 by Ord. No.1991-6]



The applicant shall supply detailed information, including calculations, showing all data reasonably necessary or appropriate to making an informal judgment as to the water supply demand for the proposed use, Such information shall include but not necessarily be limited to the probable maximum number of employees, patrons or other persons using the water supply per shift or other relevant time period, the types of plumbing facilities (toilets, showers, etc.) they will be expected to use, the number of plumbing facilities of each type planned for the facility, the character and extent of any industrial or commercial use requiring process or cleaning water and the maximum amount of such water expected to be used. Such information shall also include citations to relevant authorities substantiating figures utilized as to usages per employee, type of proem, etc Where the water is proposed to be used in watering vegetation or other exterior use, such information shall include but not necessarily be limited to a map of the areas on which the water is proposed to be applied or used, the square footage involved, the rate of application, the seasons and times of day and week involved in the application and the topography and type of ground covers and soils involved. The foregoing information shall be included in a report from a hydrogeologist, and shall also include a discussion of probable impacts on adjoining wells.

The information so supplied shall be subject to review by the Planning Board, which may consider, in reviewing the matter, competent evidence on the subject supplied by consultants retained by the Board as well as such evidence supplied by the applicant and other interested parties Where the projected water supply demand involves the use of a well or wells and a water supply requiring a capacity in excess of twenty-five (25) gallons per minute, the Planning Board may require that the water supply be metered at the expense of the applicant, that such meter and its disclosures be subject to inspection at reasonable times by the Development Regulations Officer and that the site plan approval and any zoning permit granted pursuant to it be conditioned on the finally approved water supply budget demand not being exceeded in actual use, except in emergencies
