AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF WORCESTER TOWNSHIP TO REZONE A 14.46 ACRE TRACT OF LAND WITH FRONTAGE ON WHITEHALL ROAD, WHICH IS FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS MONTGOMERY COUNTY TAX MAP PARCEL 67-0004052-507, TAX MAP BLOCK 021, UNIT 13, FROM ITS CURRENT CLASSIFICATION OF AGR-RESIDENTIAL TO A NEW CLASSIFICATION OF AQRC-AGE QUALIFIED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY DISTRICT.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ENACTED and ORDAINED by the Board of Supervisors of Worcester Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as follows

SECTION I. Zoning Map Amendment. The Official Zoning Map of Worcester Township is hereby amended to rezone a 14 46t acre parcel on Whitehall Road, which is further identified as Montgomery County Tax Map Parcel No 67-00-04052-507 and Tax Map Block 021, Unit 13, from its existing designation as AGR-Agricultural to the new designation of AQRC-Age Qualified Residential Community Zoning District
