Article XI. Building on Unimproved Filed Plat Street

§ 248-33. Petition; hearing; bond or deposit; fee.

A. Upon petition to the Planning Board and after a duly advertised public hearing upon said petition, the Planning Board may consider the extent of public improvements that will be necessary and the amount of said performance bond or cash deposit that may be required to cover the full cost of such improvement.

B. Each petition shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $400 along with whatever supporting papers, documents, maps or other material may be needed to support the petition. [Amended 11-24-1981; 9-10-1985; 1-10-1989; 7-9-1991; 2-22-1999]
