A. No part of any township road right-of-way shall be used for the conduct of private business. The road right-of-way is to be kept clear of buildings, sales or merchandise displays, vehicular parking areas, servicing of vehicles, service equipment and appurtenances thereto.

B. It shall be unlawful to fill, cause to be filled or allowed to be filled any gutters, ditches, inlets, pipes and storm drain facilities along any township streets, roads, highways, alleys or other public ways.

C. It shall be unlawful to deposit, throw, spill or dump dirt, ashes, soil, stones or any other material upon any street, road, highway, alley or other public way, or on any portion thereof, or causing or permitting the same to be done.

D. It shall be unlawful to divert surface or other waters onto any township street, road, highway, alley or other public way.
