A. All driveways which exit or enter onto a township roadway shall be located to afford maximum safety to the traveling public.

B. All residential driveways shall be designed in profile, grading and location so as to provide the following minimum sight distances measured from a point 15 feet behind the curb line or edge of traveled way on the township road. The clear sight area shall not contain any obstructions from 20 inches above the center-line grade of the township road to a point 120 inches above the center line, except that utility poles and street trees shall be permitted, provided that they do not create a safety hazard.
