AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT A LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CHAPTER 245 -14 LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF POHATCONG, NEW JERSEY

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of Pohatcong that the attached application form entitled TOWNSHIP OF POHATCONG, LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT APPLICATION be adopted as the application form for use in obtaining a land disturbance permit pursuant to CHAPTER 245-14 Land Disturbance Permit of the Code of the Township of Pohatcong.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final passage and publication according to law.
