A. The lot upon which the proposed use is situated shall not be within a distance of 200 feet from the nearest point of any lot upon which is located a school, church, hospital, sanatorium, funeral home, theater, public library, firehouse or any place of public assembly nor within 400 feet from the nearest point of any lot upon which is situated an existing filling station or public garage.

B. No filling station shall be permitted on a lot with an area of less than 7,500 square feet and a minimum lot frontage of less than 75 feet. All gasoline pumps shall be set back at least 20 feet from the front lot line.

A. No vehicular entrance to or exit from any filling station, public garage or automobile repair shop shall be located within 50 feet of any residential district boundary line.

B. All driveways, entrance or exit, to or from any fining station or public garage shall have an unobstructed width of 20 feet.
