ARTICLE 18.4 LOW AND MODERATE INCOME SPLIT
Section 18.4.1 The developer shall provide that at least fifty (50%) percent of all affordable units are available to low income families and that the remainder are available to moderate income families in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Council on Affordable Housing (N. J. A. C.5 93-2 20)

Section 18.4.2 The prices of low and moderate income units, insofar as practicable subject to the provisions of N. J. A. C.5 93-7.2, shall be distributed for every low and moderate income unit based upon the percentage of median income levels as follows :

A. At least half of all units within each inclusionary development will be affordable to low income households, and



B. At least half of all rental units will be affordable to low income households; and

C. At least one-third of all units in each bedroom distribution pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:93-7.3 will be affordable to low income households.
