All uses not expressly permitted in this chapter shall be prohibited. In addition, the following designated uses shall be specifically prohibited:

a. Maintenance in any yard, area, or open space in any zone or district of any inoperable or junked automobile or vehicle except as otherwise specifically permitted by any provision of this chapter.

b. The parking or keeping of any commercial vehicle exceeding three-fourths ton rated capacity on the street or in the open on any premises in any residential district.

c. The garaging of more than one commercial vehicle in any residential district, or the maintenance of any commercial vehicle exceeding a rated capacity of two tons in any such residential district.

d. The principle use or occupancy of land, on, above or below the surface of the parcel as a storage facility for home heating oil, liquid propane gas and other volatile or highly flammable fuels, chemicals or substances in any zoning district
