The applicant shall reimburse the town for all reasonable inspection fees paid to the town engineer for any such inspections and improvements. The applicant shall post a deposit to be applied toward the cost of said fees as set forth in the Land Use Procedures ordinance and the fee schedule of the Town of Newton.*
