The owner or applicant shall submit seven black-lined prints in tentative form for discussion purposes to the secretary of the planning board at least 14 days before the meeting at which discussion is desired, together with five completed copies of the application form. If any architectural plans are required to be submitted for site plan approval, the preliminary plans and elevations shall be sufficient. The application shall be accompanied by a fee as set forth in subsection 21-1.14a and b at the time of filing.
