BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Holmdel County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey as follows:

Chapter XXX, Development Regulations Section 30-122 Zoning Map is hereby amended by adding the new subsection 1.

1. Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown Exhibit A attached hereto specifically a portion of Block 50.31. as designated by the diagonal lines shall be rezones to the Public Land District Zone; and the remaining portion of Block 50.31. Lot 86 indicated by the crosshatched area shall be rezoned RO3 Retail Office District Zone.
