Chapter 17.32 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT
17.32.010 Building inspector.



This title shall be enforced by the building inspector. (Ord. 820 § 9.100, 1963)

17.32.020 Certificate of occupancy.

It shall be unlawful to use or permit to be used any building, structure or premises or part thereof, hereafter created, erected, changed, converted, altered or enlarged wholly or partly, in its use or structure, until a certificate of occupancy shall have been applied for and issued by the building inspector. Such certificate shall show that such building, structure or premises or part thereof and the proposed use thereof are in conformity with the provisions of this title or a determination of the board of adjustment. A temporary certificate of occupancy for a part of a building may be issued by the building inspector as provided by the building code. (Ord. 820 § 9.200, 1963)

17.32.030 Violations--Penalties.

The owner, lessee, occupant, general agent, architect, builder, contractor, or any other person who knowingly commits, takes part, or assists in any violation of this title, or who maintains any building or premises in which any violation of this title shall exist, shall for each and every violation and for each and every day that such violation continues, be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
