25-205.3.1 Purpose. | |||||||
The Office and Bank Zone established in Section 25-201.2 of this Ordinance is intended to reserve certain areas in Ocean City for the exclusive location of uses which, by their nature, require high visibility and moderate traffic volume to sustain their trade. These land uses characteristically generate a moderately large volume of automobile traffic of their own and need to be located adjacent to traffic arteries. (Ord. #02-19; Ord. #03-22, § 1) | |||||||
25-205.3.2 Permitted Uses. | |||||||
One (1) or more of the following uses shall be permitted on any lot in the O&B Zone. | |||||||
a. Uses providing financial services, such as drive-in banks, drive-in savings and loans, stock brokerages and lending agencies.

b. Office uses, including real estate; insurance; business services, including advertising agencies and representatives, consumer collection and credit reporting, direct mail advertising, commercial art and photography and stenographic services; employment agencies, computer related services; medical office buildings and research centers.

c. Retail stores, such as discount stores, hardware and paint stores, specialty retail centers and marine supply stores.

d. Restaurants, excluding fast food restaurants.
