To see if the Town will vote to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Ipswich by incorporating the Flood Boundary and Floodway maps, dated August 5, 1985, on file in the office of the Department of Planning & Development, and referenced in SECTION IX. SPECIAL REGULATIONS, SECTION D. Floodplain District, as a part of the Official Zoning Map.
